MANCHESTER'S PREMIER INSTALLER OF RESIN DRIVEWAYS
UK Resin Drives Ltd – the North West’s Premier Choice
Resin bound surfacing is a great choice for your driveway. Available in a wide range of colours, it make an attractive drive that can compliment it’s natural surroundings. It’s hard-wearing and can sometimes be installed on top of your current driveway making it cost effective. As it’s permeable, so water can run through it, it’s environmentally friendly and helps protect your property and the surrounding area from the water which would normally run off a non-permeable driveway.

A SuDS – Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems
By mimicing natural drainage regimes, SuDS aim to reduce surface water flooding, improving water quality and enhance the amenity and biodiversity value of the environment. Suds achieve this by lowering flow rates, increasing water storage capacity and reducing the transport of pollution to the water environment.
The need for alternative drainage such as SuDS is likely to increase to meet environmental challenges such as climate change and population growth. Provision for SuDS and the national standards required for their design, construction, maintainance and operation is included in the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
